Staff member clearly off of her face on drugs. Couldn't even take a very simple order. Handed over part of the order and then proceeded to tell us we hadn't ordered the rest. Chips undercooked and inedible, sausages had sharp pieces of god knows what throughout, again inedible...very cheap product! Bread and butter rolls came without butter. Spent roughly £16 and all of the food went in the bin! Avoid avoid avoid!!

So… myself and my daughter desided to get some chips on the way back to our caravan, my daughter wanted chicken nuggets but £3.99 for 4 nuggets wasn’t happening so it was just chips, 3 large portions of chips for £13.50 (they were medium sized) walked back my caravan and buttered my bread ready to have my chip sandwich, sneaked a cheeky chip while piling my chips on my bread and it was rock hard! All three portions were undercooked, problem was they were all on plates at this time for the rest of my clan, so with the portion that was still on my tray I wrapped it up and raced back around to tell them of this issue, the young lady serving was nice she gave me two more portions for the one I took back… took them around the caravan and opened them up ready for my sandwich … they were exactly the same!!!!! By this time the chip shop has closed and I will never ever go this chip shop again, and as for charging £3.99 for 4 nuggets that is disgusting, family spend a lot of money to come this camp site and should not be ripped off like this with on site facilities, park Dean really need to be looking in on these reviews because I went here tonight open minded after seeing all the bad reviews , disgusted, I’ll go reception tomorrow to find out if I can get my £13 back

Serving raw, uncooked potatoes instead of proper cooked chips. We came here 2 years ago and the food was amazing. I have been looking forward to those amazing chips on the beach again. It is now disgustingly overpriced and not even cooked. This is purely a rip off.

***DO NOT EAT HERE*** £50!! On utter rubbish. Ok I saw the 1.9 star rating but that's generous. By far the worst fish and chips I've ever paid for. How on earth are you serving soggy grey chips? The large fish is a fish finger coated in batter. I'm left feeling very hungry, mildly nauseated and £50 lighter. I'm not sure who owns this shambles but it's a disgrace.

Please do not go to this place. Find an independently run fish and chip shop. I paid £15 for large fish and regular chips, and the fish was medium at best. Chips were overcooked and cold. This is what happens when a large corporation pretends it’s an independent outfit.

The young lad serving was absolutely top draw. Friendly and conscientious, sadly he was completely let down by the food he had to serve.

Terrible. Overpriced, bland and the portion size was embarrassing. No excuse for any of this, Parkdean should be mortified they are serving guest such poor, overpriced food. I paid £30 for fish and chips X2 and a portion of chips. Don't bother.

Mediocre. Having read the 1.9 star reviews, I was hesitant to buy from here, but with it being late at night we decided not to travel away from the site. The chips looked anaemic, they had no vinegar on and far too much salt, but they were edible. The fish was tasty, but it was a bit greasy and the tiniest piece of fish I’ve ever received from a chip shop. The people working had very loud distasteful music on however the girl serving was pleasant enough. It came to over £13 which is ridiculous for what you receive, but I suppose worth saving the fuel / travelling time to go elsewhere
