Used to be one of my favourite garages ... Not anymore though ... Sent the car recently to be checked for couple of issues, been told they'll need to order tyres for next days to sort the issue and nothing else is wrong with the car. so went to pick the keys to drop the car next day , been told I have to pay 60 pound for checking the car. that was without prior agreement, notice to the charge prior to leaving the car and without any authorisation to commision chargeable work. Then Been promised to be called in the morning to quote a cheaper tyres, and never been called. Two Days after went to them as one of the issue they said that it was fine did cause some trouble , they claimed that they did call about the tyres but I didn't pick up. And they couldn't sort out the issue and claimed that the initial charge didn't cover that part (which is understandable if it wasn't written in the invoice they issued, in addition to that they claimed it's too big of a job which would have been understandable if the other garage I went to sorted it out in minutes!) I gave them an option and told them what they can do for me being a regular, they said nothing. Experienced mechanic I have to admit, but no experience in car body/interiors and most certainly not impressed with the way they deal with customers recently or the way they deal with car issues.... they lost a regular customer and earned that review.
