This is the best company I've ever used the customer service and the previous owner were exemplary. The attention to detail was outstanding. making sure customers are happy and come back again and again, it's unfortunate you get jealous people out there who who hide behind a keyboard, so pathetic to make up rumours about individuals when there's lives are so meaningless.

Went there for an estimate. The owner, who identified himself as Mickey, seemed more interested in my girlfriends phone number than the job in hand. He repeatedly asked for her phone number. I found him rather pervy. My girlfriend said he was making her skin crawl. She said she felt very uncomfortable in his company.will not be going back
I had a full repaint on my Mini Cooper. Very pleased with how it turned out! Friendly and professional body shop, the staff were very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future

Had the bad misfortune to choose this repairer last year..had our ford fiesta eco boost for repair to new bumper and headlight..the bumper was replaced and just adequate..headlight should have been replaced with new one.said it just got crack in it...they botched it up..was worse after they mucked about with it..it didnt dip ...beam was hardly on road ..self levelling did not work after we picked it up..when it went in was working ok.... cost 1st centtal£1900 .i actually see the reciept.a joke..they were rude..in the end i had to complain to 1st central insurance ..who now have nothing to do with these cowboys.they said we dont use them any more....i had to go to insurance ombudsman to get it sorted..and they agreed in my favour so did 1st central...it eventually went into fords main dealer at north fleet and had a new headlight at a further cost of £600..with labour..i even got compensation from 1st central ..£500 it took about 8 months for the ombudsman to sort it..but worth it. It gives me great pleasure knowing that 1st central do not use this company anymore...i have used many car body repairs over 40years ..but this company are by far the worse..the gezer that runs it must be the rudest person ever..he even said were not in the business of giving out free headlights.. we just wanted the car repaired to a quality standard..he gave us a car worse than when it went in..i had to get an independent engineer out who said appalling repair work...now our car is fully repaired ..so beware do not even go any where near these cowboys you will certainly regret it..we did ...
