Ordered a chicken karahi - spicy, didn't wait long. The portion size was BIG, I would say needed to be a bit more 'saucy'. However, the customer service was fantastic, when they found out I was the 'Solo Traveller Food Critic' they threw in extras left right and center! ????
Waited one hour and 30 min for my order to arrive to find some of my order was missing, I phoned up and they didn't even want to help!
i got wait 45 min and they will bring the missing part of the order, by this this time my food would be cold like i explained, again they didn't want to know!
Please be aware if the order is wrong and they have your money, they dont want to resolve.
So the first time we ever went we got food poisoning and we give it another chance last week and again got food poisoning.. very disappointing and the food we ordered is curry..
Absolutely terrible, ordered keema bhuna, onion bhajis and 2 chapattis. Bhajis like rubber, bhuna undercooked meat full of fat and gristle, no chapattis but poppadoms.. Wouldn't even feed this to the dog. Only fit for the bin!!
It's ok, they seem to be busy with delivery food, the food itself is ok but i have had much better, just not around this area.
