Helpful staff, waited about 5 minutes in the queue. Then maybe another 5 minutes while the prescription was prepared. Explained the prescription to me as it was handed over. Would recommend
My mum had spilled her medication so I used the emergency prescription service with NHS 111 and Rosehill Pharmacy. The staff were really helpful and friendly and sorted out a very stressful situation, I'm so grateful to them!
Staff being told they are useless in front of customers then trying to justify when he realised customers were stareing at him. This is OUTRAGEOUS ABUSE OF STAFF, not going there again. Kenneth Brough.
