Only marking as 4 stars as expensive for parking at 3.50 for 2 hours and if you are fast walker it can even only take an hour at most. 5.50 all day parking isn’t so bad if you are doing a longer walk. Having said that the toilets and car park have just been re done to a good standard so it was nice and clean.
I was surprised by how expensive the car park was at £5.50. There was a toilet block in the car park. There was no guide in the car park and the paths and trails were not clearly marked throughout the walk. There weren't enough seats along the trail to take a break. It is a hard climb so a significant level of fitness is needed. The climb is worth it with panoramic views on a clear day.
Had a great walk up the very steep path. Amazing views. Was busy bit ample parking. Toilets available in the carpsrk too.

Great smallish car park and toilets at the base for climbing roseberry topping. Straight up the wooden steps is bit windy but straight up!! The path to tge right goes up muddily through trees but gentler and up reaching the top from the back
An amazing place, took our daughter and dogs. The old dog was like a pup again in the fresh air.
Even on a cloudy and wet day the views were amazing we plan on coming back during nicer weather.
The only downside is the parking, it wasn't very busy yet there was a queue for parking. So it will probably be very difficult to visit during nicer weather.
Quite a strenuous climb but worth the effort. On a clear day you can see for miles. There is a car park at the base which costs a maximum of £4.80. The ticket machine has a contactless function, as well as paying cash. There are toilets in the car park which is essential after a big walk. Highly recommended but wear good shoes or boots.
Surfaced car park with toilet ( closed for refurb , when we visited in March) . Workmen said it it re opens in April. Small charge for up to 2 hours , se paid for 4 as their are loads of walks and routes to take. Main track adjacent to the car park , takes you to wood at the bottom of the hill. Steps straight in front takes you up the iconic north face , but planty of other paths either way.
