I know this place who served my sister in law for many years,but I needed medicine urgently which somehow even supper drugs and boots didn't have so had to after mind bending excersize between the lot decide to order, as imperative I take them a day before my major implant surgery, and guess what I spent the whole day chasing to find out if the order was actually delivered, as previous chemist did not find it important to hand over to the next chemist, who I think are all Temps or whatever, my massage to Mr Patel Is who is the owner i think, you have made enough money correct me if i am wrong, so why are you running a business without even having a telephone working, for God's sake have we sunk so low,your idiot chemist tells me all kinds of fibs, it was not and is not acceptable you should take responsibility for putting me under stress, and for what, because your chemist couldn't find my private prescription fully vetted and paid for earlier, I think your business sucks,at least get your act together or retire, and not put people under unnecessary duress just to make your life comfortable.Tell your staff your customers are very important and pay your wages so medication is very important especially if one is spending £18000 pounds for surgery, it might seem unimportant to you.

Polite, fast working and easy to move around inside.
I went here to pierce my daughter’s ears, they were very professional and did a good job. The customer service was really good and the staff were kind - i noticed this with their other customers too. They made us feel welcomed to settle/feed our daughter before leaving. I would definitely come here again and recommend their services.
Avoid, go further down to Dulwich. The receptionist and pharmacist Amisha are extremely rude, condescending and I sense possibly racist too. There was an undertone, it is difficult to describe. It’s also not child friendly, the receptionist will spend the whole time giving your child/ren evils. Very miserable that receptionist lady.
Lovely helpful, friendly pharmacist. No question too small or unimportant, no hint of judgement or condescension towards an injecting drug user and nothing too much trouble. Lovely people all round.
Austin and his team are just so great, really friendly, really helpful and superbly efficient.
