Great solicitors especially cath chalmers who is representing a family member. Robert has been very professional when i have spoke to him too. The secretary always passes on information the same day and ive no complaints about this company. Fab would definitely recommend.
Amazing solicitors , kerr sneddon has got me full custody of my children and have won every battle thrown our way.

Receiving court letters unexpectedly is never pleasant but when you have to deal with some less than sensitive legal secretaries who think its fine to talk over you and tell you "that's not how it works" and other suchlike attitude then the whole thing becomes very intimidating.
I feel that the nature of my contact with them has lead the staff to form negative personal opinions of myself and feel also that they are allowing any personal prejudices based on their assumptions of me reflect in our official business.
Less than professional and less than acceptable.
My advice is go elsewhere.
Robert is a great solicitor but his secretary (the older one) really lets him down. She is incredibly rude and condescending, interrupts while you’re speaking, has actually raised her voice to me twice now - very much lacking the normal professional behaviour most legal secretary’s (in fact most people) display.
His firm would probably have a lot more return business if it weren’t for Miss. Powertrip.
They are absolutely useless.
Susan Hill representing the mother of my child has completely ignored data protection laws. Helped social work manipulate mother, and breach my daughters human rights for about the last four years.
Robert F Macdonald, is very judgemental of individuals and always thinks he's right, despite being far too incompetent for that.
He also doesn't know data protection laws, specifically GDPR. He's ignoring my requests to correct the false data his firm have about me. They only have a month to do this, but won't even acknowledge my complaints.
It means they're able to keep claiming the legal aid to attend children's hearings, despite ignoring the childs rights.
As a firm, I've been discriminated against as a criminal. I've had my mental health used against me. The other staff in the office have little manners or no professionalism, just hanging up the phone when I give my name. So getting updates on them ignoring the LAW on GDPR is proving difficult. GDPR has been in force for 13 months now, so how many personal data breaches could be colossal.
First class service. Friendly and approachable solicitors and reception staff.
