Outstanding service from Ross. He came out within the hour and replaced 2 tyres after I hit a pothole. Had us back on the road in no time. Absolute life saver. Highly recommended ????
Mr.Ross, was God sent when we were stuck on the country road side with both tires blown out on a rainy Sunday. Roadside assistance was not responding. Mr.Ross patiently listened to the call and was meticulous in taking all the details. Came with new tires and replaced the tires and made sure we were on our way. Thank Mr.Ross. Having experienced a blow out whilst driving in the Highlands of Scotland, we contacted Ross after hours and he came back to us immediately with a choice of tyres for us to order and then met us first thing in the morning at our hotel to get us back on the road. Overall an excellent experience and for good value - would highly recommend his mobile service.
Absolute life saver, blown tyre on a9 on Sunday night, no spare as typical new car only has foam repair kit, absolutely useless, found RJ's on Google, called and within 1hr he got a tyre, arrived at me and had me back on the road. Got fed up waiting on the AA for 3 and a half hours for a blowout, RJ’s answered the phone almost instantly and were next to my car well within 2 hours. Considering I was well outwith their zone (an hours and a half drive) and at 23:00 on a Saturday night. I couldn’t have asked for any better.
The response time, price and quality of work were ALL 100% and iff needed again ( hopefully not) they will be my first call.
Whilst on holiday in Aviemore we found a screw in driver side rear tyre causing it to deflate slowly. OK for short journeys but didn't fancy driving back home to Edinburgh along the A9 with a screw in tyre. Many local garages were too busy to replace tyre until the following week, by which time we would have left Aviemore, but we eventually found RJ's who asked us to send a photo. On seeing the photo Ross advised that although they could replace the tyre, a repair would be fine. This was well less than half the cost of replacing the tyre with a budget tyre and repair was carried out a few hours later. And he came to us. Great service.
Got Ross to come to my place of work at Dalraddy to fit front tyres. He also changed the spare. Carried out the work at the agreed time for a very good price with no fuss or bother. Highly recommended.
