Had a takeout tonight as we do, love the pizzas. Speedy delivery, however none of the pizzas had been cut ???? and the chips were far too salty that we couldn’t eat them. Sorry Rivoli ????
Don't know who has taken over, pizza dough is awful. Calzone, stuffed with so much tomato sauce, dough is disgusting.
The dough is not like a pizza, it is not proved properly, nor cooked properly.
Will not order ever again. Absolutely rubbish.

Attitude problem, dense staff. Rude disrespectful, ignorant owner. Average food, overpriced and too thick and lazy to update their website. Don’t use these clowns.
Our pizzas were delivered earlier than expected, they were freshly cooked, hot, not greasy, had plenty of toppings and were absolutely delicious.
The menu has plenty of items to choose from and I like the make your own option.
I think they are great value for money too.

Place order to be delivered at specific time to wait that hour and five minutes for it to be cancelled at delivery time. To be told on the phone we don’t deliver to your address. I have ordered two days ago and received my order but not today to then be told we’re busy! I have a five year old who was looking forward to his treat. What a disappointment to be fobbed off like that. Shame it’s usually good food! Might thing twice about where I order from but the two orders I’ve made combined totalled £70 must be nice to turn away business
Best pizzas in town! Always delivered on time, if not early. Always lovely with loads of toppings. Nice thin crust. I have nothing bad to say.
Have used Rivoli over the past few years as I feel they do the best pizza in the area. Received my order tonight but it was wrong. Called the shop and within 30mins the driver turned up with the correct order. Thank you very much, we now have a happy 6 year old who tried ham and pineapple for the first time tonight and he loves it. Keep up the good work.
Waited over an hour for our food and no apologies.
