This pharmacy is fantastic. The staff are absolutely brilliant. Service is second to none so I would definitely recommend.
This pharmacy has recently been taken over from being a Lloyd’s pharmacy.
It is fairly limited with its services and can get busy, but they are slowly getting on top of the takeover and where I rated Lloyds a 1 out of 5, I can now fairly give a 4.
Booked my Covid vaccination with this pharmacy.
They were brilliant!! All the pharmacy staff were very organised, very friendly and polite and the nurse who administered my vaccinations could not have been more professional or nice.

I went in here once and the woman behind the counter was kinda rude and condescending, as was the pharmacist. Went to boots and they handled my enquiry with no problems!
I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the pathetic service offered by this 'pharmacy'. After booking in for a health check over 2 weeks ago (the waiting list is a joke) I travelled from Poole to Ringwood, paid for parking and then 30 minutes prior to the appointment I get a phone call telling me the pharmacist's last day was the day before and it was cancelled. I mean what a terrible service! Why is it they thought it was appropriate to cancel a health check 30 minutes before it was due? I have never known such terrible unprofessionalism from so-called 'health professionals'.
I will NEVER use Lloyds again and I would never recommend them. Unbelievable
They NEVER and I really mean NEVER answer the phone, so forget it. fkin useless, other helpline options are just as bad, never reply to messages, try & call & your put in a never ending que and the Ai messaging is also pointless, I've dropped Lloyd's period.
I went in at bang on 1pm (the time they close)into the ringwood branch with my little boy who was in pain with his ear, so I hoped the pharmacist could have a look, as the medical centre is closed Saturdays. the lady that worked there was just at the door trying to close it and I asked her to please have the pharmacist quickly take a look and even though the pharmacist was still there she wouldn’t let us in as they closed at 1pm so she wasn’t willing to stay 2 minutes over to get the pharmacist to check my boys ear. Absolutely shocking that she turned us away 2 minutes wouldn’t have messed up their afternoon, don’t know what has happened to decency and care awful the lady couldn’t care less absolutely appalled
Terrible service my 81 year old Mother has been trying to get a prescription. They haven't picked up the phone for days. Disgusting.
