I bought a car from here last week, the process was extremely quick and streamlined. All thanks to the fantastic salesman Ben, super nice and honest guy. He makes you feel like you are talking to an actual human rather then, some corporate puppet who’s only after your money. Genuine guy you could have a drink with, kept me updated on the status of my purchase through the whole process and even put £20 of diesel in for me.
Goes without saying I would recommend.
I found a problem with the paintwork on my car roof and wanted to get it rectified. I went to Right Car car hospital on Friday morning and they did an immediate examination for estimate. They told me that they would contact me shortly.
Next day I had a phone call saying to bring the car in on the following Wednesday and they would rectify the problem. I took the car in on Wednesday and had a call next day to say I could pick up my car up in the afternoon as it was all completed. What a fantastic service with friendly and profession staff.

Took my car for a free winter check up and was promptly dealt with by the always very friendly and helpful staff. Steff and all the guys here couldn't be nicer. Currently driving my second car bought from 1st car.
Water ???? leak on my Ftype took it in for investigation .Quickly identified and resolved for not a lot of money. My car was well looked after while it was there. Good job done.
Used Rightcar for years. Had several cars off them. Bought 2 cars recently and had outstanding service from Rob Nolan. Receptionist Helen is also a star. Kept my little boy entertained whilst the deal was sorted. Excellent service, both staff members are a credit to Rightcar. HIGHLY recommended.
1) Did not get daily updates about my car.
2) When I did get my car. I was not shown around my car after the repair.
3) Realised I had parts missing from my car after I brought it home. (Did get the missing part the following day)
4) I had a problem with car as soon as I left but thought my car would sort itself out after being stood for 3 weeks. I called Rightcar Hospital to explain the problem but they were not helpful, giving lame excuses instead of sorting the situation out.
5) Took my car back to get sorted after they told me that everything is done, checked and tested! Clearly, they're not professional!
After so much fuss and stress, I've managed to get my car back looking and feeling the day I bought it. Even though they tested my car out and about with a passenger putting their footprint on my dashboard! Would never recommend this to friends or family. Shocks me how Rightcar Hospital recieved a 5 star rating!
Received my car back yesterday after have a rear end shunt, most people wouldn't notice the issues but I'm a perfectionist and expect 100% on the finish! A new 2inch scratch has appeared on the front bumper looks to have been caused by a passing toolbox or piece of metal. Rear window wiper seal is damaged thus let's water into the rear motor! Number plate has just been glued on not screwed on as before now so eventually it'll fall off! Interior had been wiped over but it's very dusty still. Overspray on the rear lights . Rear boot slam panel chopped out and replaced and and sealed up with tiger seal so it's obvious it's been replaced so I've got to underseal the boot floor to make it look original again. None of these faults are massive but it's going to cost me time to make it perfect again!
Could I have contacted the garage about these issues first? Yes I could but a body shop should be known for the quality of their work first time round not by how good they can fix their mistakes!
