Thank you Steve, Tim and team for securing a buyer for our house in super quick time and for keeping your finger on the pulse throughout the process to completion. There were challenges on the way when the chain broke below our buyer through no fault of theirs but you managed the resulting delicate negotiations extremely well. Once the chain was in place again you kept on top of everything helping to coax the various professionals to keep on track. We always felt reassured you were doing everything for us.

We purchased our property from a seller who has instructed Richard Worth and cannot speak more positively of our experience of dealing with Steve and the team. The process of buying our flat through Richard Worth was satisfactory and so we decided to choose them when selling our flat. Unfortunately we wish we hadn’t as the service was really not up to scratch. Communication and service was poor. We had to constantly chase them for information and often didn’t get calls back. Although I contacted them to express our frustration nothing changed and so in the end we stopped bothering and they never contacted us. Even on the day of the move we didn’t hear from them until I called the office about the keys. We would recommend Property Assistant who have been excellent, communicate regularly and we have one point of contact who is always helpful.
Steve Jones at Richard Worth was absolutely fantastic and a great asset to Richard Worth. Without his relentless support and persistence my property transaction would have never gone through. He went well above and beyond what is expected and I would highly recommend him personally and his team at Richard Worth (Tim Cole in particular) who found us our dream home and then ensured the deal got completed. Many thanks to Steve and the team for helping make our move out to Hampshire smooth and relatively pain free. Always available to help with our queries and help push our sellers solicitors if we were experiencing delays. Also actively helped in trying to resolve problems we had our mortgage valuation report.
