Absolutely Gem ???? of a garage.
I've recently relocated and have been in need of a new garage that I can trust, I have to say I have found it!!
I was totally ripped off by another garage which was a Bosh Service Centre sadly. I thought I was in good hands, clearly not the case.
They went through and basically done a very expensive service including changing sparks and the cheeky thing was I was charged for a diagnostics when I told them my engine management wasn't on.
I got the car back and was told I need to change my timing belt tensioner etc staring at £1500+vat. I was told the car is safe to drive otherwise they wouldn't have given the car back to me.
To my disappointment the car was in the same condition and I was scared to drive it. The fuel gauge was flashing, I thought I wouldn't make it to the nearest fuel station.
So you can see how please I was when Richard phoned me and told me that there was a oil pressure problem which he fixed.
He could have added a few extras like some garages do, but Honest Richard thankfully didn't. He fixed my car at a fraction of the price that I was quoted clearly for the wrong job
Richard and his team has my trust as I've booked my daughter's car for a routine service and investigate front suspension.
Special thank you to the lovely ladies Jane and Sarah for looking after me and managing to accommodate me during there busy schedule.

After breaking down in an area we are not familiar with we fell upon this gem by chance ..such an amazing kind and welcoming place .. a new car battery was ordered & delivered to the shop within 45 mins and the staff were kind enough to lend us their tools to replace the battery, albeit at a different location . .we were offered tea & respite . Even teddy the dog was made welcome .. muddy paws ???? aswell ..
Really nice people and very helpful fixed my daughters oil leak and didn’t overcharge - they also squeezed us in on the same day which is amazing - great service and will use again ????

I regret to say that my experience with the car garage's work on my car's turbo has been extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the process has been riddled with issues that have left me deeply dissatisfied. Firstly, communication was severely lacking. I had to constantly follow up to get updates on the progress of the turbo repair. This lack of transparency and timely communication only added to my frustration.
When I finally received my car back, the problems were far from resolved. It became apparent that the turbo repair hadn't been carried out to the standard I had expected. Not only did the performance of the car not improve, but there were also new issues that arose after the supposed repair. To make matters worse, the customer service I received when addressing these concerns was abysmal. The staff seemed dismissive and uninterested in rectifying the situation. Instead of acknowledging the shortcomings and taking responsibility, they attempted to shift the blame onto other factors.
It's evident that the garage lacked the necessary expertise to handle the turbo repair properly. It's disappointing that they took on a job they couldn't fulfil with competence. I trusted them to fix the issue, but instead, I'm left with a car that's still malfunctioning and a hefty bill for subpar work.
Considering this experience, I would strongly advise against using this car garage for any turbo-related repairs. The lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and unhelpful customer service make it clear that this is not a reliable establishment for car repairs. I'm left feeling frustrated, inconvenienced, and regretful for choosing their services.
Over 15 years this garage has given honest opinion and wonderfully reliable results
