I have used this chemist each month for over a year and they have only provided the medication correctly once. It should not be allowed to operate. DO NOT USE IF POSSIBLE AND REGISTER SOMEWHERE ELSE. You have been warned.
Terrible service attitude of staff even worse and then wrong medication given
The service here was fast, efficient and friendly. The best pharmacy I have been to. Highly recommended
Rude staff, no one here seems to know what they are doing
Need to be more organised, and the women that is at the front of house needs to stay there to help customers. I was in there the other day and they had 6 people in back but and 1 out the front but she spend more time at the back. Waited 15 minutes to just hand in the prescription even though all of them kept looking at me. Spent more time messing around with each other. Very unprofessional
The staff there are absolutley abrupt the way they talk and treat patients is disgusting. I had a query today spoke to linda and she spoke to me like something she just stepped in. So i spoke to the pharmacist to were i was told "shes been here for 20 odd years she proberly nows more than me and you" well excuse me but if she had been there that long surely she should no how to talk and treat patients. Absolutley disgusted and will be making a complaint and taking this further not helpful at all this pharmacy.
The staff here need to learn how to organise themselves. My mum asked for her proscription to be collected from the doctors. A member of staff goes away then comes back after 10 minutes asking when she put her proscription in. Now forgive me for thinking that listening would be a keep part in a job like that but apparently it's not. My mum was later told it was put in the book to be collected and her medication would be ready to collect the following Monday. Monday came and my mum was told it hadn't come around from the doctors call in Thursday to collect. My mum went back to collect to be told oh nothing has come around from the doctors and we can't just go to the doctors willy nilly. Well why do you have system for collecting prescriptions if you can't go to collect them? Rude staff that can't listen and couldn't organise the alphabet
Worst chemist to go too, the staff are rude and as for the manager he is very dismissive. They never have anything in and then lie saying they do and they don’t.
