????❤️????Typisch mallorquinisches Restaurant welches wir lieben gelernt haben. Wir werden bei jedem Besuch auf der Insel wieder kommen.
Diesen Flair in diesem Restaurant muss man einfach erlebt haben!!!
Es ist kein Restaurant für Snobs, die normalerweise paar Meter weiter die Bars / Restaurants besuchen.
Man wird direkt vom spanisch sprechenden Inhaber begrüßt (Karten sind übersetzt - smalltalk auf spanisch!!! möglich) und zum Platz geführt. Ganz schnell sieht man dass dieses Restaurant was ganz besonderes ist. Die Stühle und deko sind der Knaller ???????? es gab direkt Brot mit einer Creme.
Der Inhaber ist Bedienung und Koch zugleich. Mehr als drei bis vier Tische zur selben Zeit nimmt er nicht an. Musik läuft über YouTube auf dem Laptop - einzigartig ????.
Die Atmosphäre war generell einfach unglaublich einzigartig. Preise überdurchschnittlich fair. Für ein 3 Gänge - welches man auswählen kann- Menü zahlt man 26,12€.
Wir hatten folgendes:
Vorspeise: gegrilltes mallorquinisches/Miesmuschel
Hauptspeise: Seehecht / Dorade beides mit mallorquinischen Gemüse
Nachtisch: Schoko-Mousse Kuchen mit Eis / mallorquinischer Käsekuchen mit Eis
Als Goodie gab es einen Schnaps persönlich ausgewählt vom Chef…
Frischer Fisch ???? Portionen sind sehr groß und mega lecker!
Geschmacklich typisch mallorquinisch - vor allem genau das was wir hier auf der Insel gesucht haben.
Im Restaurant hat der Inhaber alles selber gebaut - von Tische über Decke sowie auch alles selber dekoriert. Es hat unglaublich viel Charme. Blick aufs Meer beim Essen ????
Wir würden gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben!

1. 服务：服务员和厨师是仅且只有一个人，一个看上去60岁左右的老人。服务速度不会及时并且无法同时接待太多消费者。英文和听力不是很好，会出现沟通问题。
2. 环境：即使是白天也没有开灯（图片是晚上9点左右天黑了才开灯，所以只能坐在窗边），屋内没有空调，很热不通风且光线暗。从外面看还是挺吓人的。
3. 食物。海鲜比较多，不清楚新不新鲜但是吃完没有肚子痛，菜量都比较多，但是属于正常饭量，女生点set menu可以吃完。但是不推荐点甜品，踩雷可能性较大。这家的cheese是用的山羊奶酪，又苦又腥又臭。以前从没吃过吃不惯。以为是坏了….。建议翻译成西班牙文说no goat cheese….因为英文他听不懂
4. 巨巨巨奇怪也是最重要的一点。厨师兼服务员的这位年长的男性，在中途用纸笔交流了很奇怪的一句话，Tu eres que Una mujer china se casaria contact。这是我朋友用翻译器记录下来的，前一句是问她是哪国人。而这句虽然不完整但是里面单词的意思有：中国女人，结婚和联系人。这个句子不通顺我们不能搞懂他的意思但是给人的感觉非常不适。事实上我们完全可以是他孙女的同龄人了……因此如果是女生，请一定要注意这点！

Wer in Illetas und Umgebung eine authentisch, lecker mallorquinisch essen möchte dem kann ich dieses Restaurant echt empfehlen.
Sehr leckere authentische Speisen, alles frisch und schön angerichtet. Werden noch mal kommen und weiter empfehlen.
The most delicious and authentic food we have had in Majorca! So good we came back a second time. The Spanish owner was so kind and friendly, put such a great effort into presentation, tailoring the meals to the individual. He is very passionate about food and the experience he provides you. Cannot recommend this place enough if you want to really enjoy high quality Spanish cuisine. Also, the entire restaurant was incredibly clean.
Superb evening , great food and service.
Bread and dips to start, fish for mains , sea bream with thyme for mh wife, grilled fish for me both served with roasted veg and potatoes. Desserts were also lovely. We happened upon this place by chance and were lucky we did. Our host Martin seemed to be flying solo, cooking serving and washing up, so kudos ???? to him. Complimentary digestivos and coffee rounded off the evening so well. So if you are in Illetas do yourself a favour and eat at Es Parral you won't regret it!
