Tisch Reservierung um 21:00 bekommen obwohl Restaurant leer war. Bestellung aufgeben und gutes essen bekommen. Als wir nochmals nachbestellen wollten, war die Küche bereits geschlossen und dies bereits um 21:30. Wenn man Tische 2x an einem Abend anbietet und die Küche um 21:30 schliesst, so sollte man zumindest die Gäste darauf aufmerksam machen.
Sehr schönes Restaurant im cleanen japanischen Stil. Sehr gutes Essen und Drinks. Gute Portionen. Team grundsätzlich sehr gut, gibt einfach recht grosse Unterschiede. Aber nicht schlimm. War sehr lecker.
Level quality of the food: excellent. Level of service: unfortunately there were only 2 waiters on site and therefore we had to wait very long for the drinks and the order. Level atmosphere: it is rather cool furnished, but still modern. Conclusion: worth a visit, because the cuisine is really top.
Food was ok but nothing exceptional, the high price is not justified. Would be nice to have a larger choice of sushi. Very nice staff.
Nice Japanese restaurant. The shiso tempura was especially good. But broccoli tempura may not be a good choice. Instead, I think asparagus, onions, green beans, and shiitake mushrooms are good. Unfortunately, I ordered kitsune udon, but they have served kitsune soba. Because of that I tasted both soba and udon. For me, udon was better than soba. Tea was expensive and not very good. Even considering them, I was satisfied with this restaurant.
Joli restaurant. Nous y sommes allé le soir mais je pense qu'avec la lumière du jour la vue doit être magnifique. Nous y avons très bien mangé. Le personnel est serviable et agréable.
The concept changed since our last visit. Less emphasis on sushi, but after the initial disappointment, we were pleasantly surprised. The food is very much inspired by Japan and we ate very nice starters, mains. The restaurant still catered for my wife's gluten allergy, with gluten free soya sauce available. Special mention for offering no less than four GF desserts. And of course, the view from the terrace is incredible.
Nous avons eu l'occasion de manger à l'Hinata lors ne notre séjour à l'hôtel il y a deux ans. Nous avons été ravis des sushis et des plats! Service toujours très chaleureux et professionnel. Belle ambiance avec vue unique!
