Preis-Leistung im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants dieser Preisklasse und dieses Renommes nicht auf der Höhe. Service top, einzelne Vorspeisen gut, fehlender roter Faden im Menü, Hauptgang enttäuschend, Dessert wunderbar.

It is one of the best restaurants I have been to. Every dish is so special and delicious. Specially the way they turn the simplest things like an egg into the most wonderful dish is beautiful. We even tried the wine pairing and had a great experience.
The chef always come to ask you about your experience at the end of your meal and the staff is extremely nice and polite explaining all dishes to you wonderfully.

Le restaurant La Fleur de Sel offre une belle expérience culinaire. Lors de notre visite, nous avons été servis par Mathieu, qui a mentionné être nouvellement intégré à l'équipe, ayant rejoint le restaurant il y a seulement quelques jours. Son service était attentif et professionnel, ce qui a positivement contribué à notre expérience.
We went with 8 people and got a private room. We chose a surprise menu of 2 appetizers, 1 main course and 1 dessert. The decoration of the dishes was basic, however, every dish tasted good.
Ps. The service was slow, we could understand that the main dining room was crowded and busy but we had to serve wine by ourselves
