Hemos estado una noche, y tanto las instalaciones, entorno, día de lluvia que ha creado una atmósfera preciosa, como la atención, la comida, que tanto el menú degustación de la noche, como el almuerzo de la mañana, han estado riquísimos y com todo detalle, mimo y explicación. Lugar el cual volveremos y recomendamos que visiten!
Hotel muy acogedor en un entorno rural y muy apartado y tranquilo, ideal para desconectar y relax. Habitaciones sencillas, tranquilas y acogedoras. Los encargados muy amables. Restaurante vegano excelente, sabores increíbles, como estar en un restaurante de estrella michelin. Postres geniales. Raciones un tanto pequeñas, te quedas con ganas de repetir de todo. Vale la pena ir hasta allí solo por probar sus platos, eso si los precios son un poco altos, pero totalmente justificados, dada la gran calidad. Totalmente recomendable.
Fui con mi pareja para probar un tipo de comida diferente. No somos veganos, ni pretendemos serlo, pero vale la pena probar la comida que hacen, todo tan bueno que te hacen plantearte algunas cosas. Para los mas escépticos recomendable 100%, para los que ya os gusta éste tipo de comida también.

This is the first time for me that a Michelin recommendation turned out to be a total failure. I don’t even know where to start, but almost everything about this place was wrong. The first impression was that we entered a dining room which was very cold and almost as bright as a dentist’s office. Since the menu is set, the only selection you make is drinks which is difficult given that the menu is not translated and the service doesn’t help you with the choice, on the contrary: you are being hushed into making your choice. The restaurant seems not to be able to decide whether they want to offer a fine-dining experience or sustainable plant-based cuisine. The outcome is you get small portions of very simple food that lacked the special touch i would expect from a place with that prize tag.
The positives are that the location of the restaurant is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the white wine we had was solid. Cold as it should be.
All in all, if you have non-vegan friends that you want to get into plant-based food: there are much better places for that.
P.S.: for god’s sake don’t serve ready-made meat substitutes.
El lloc i la filosofia que promouen és increïble. Perfecte per una celebració especial i per desconnectar.
Recomano amb molt de gust aquest hotel amb un restaurant d'excel•lent qualitat. El servei també és de deu. Segur que repetirem.
