My review is based on my experience with this dealerships support as no fan of the Renault unit I have to drive in fleet spec due to being from Salford van hire & for me pretty uncomfortable although none of that is down to this Truck centre.
I,ve had a couple of issues in the last 3 months both needing a call out after 20.00, on both occasions the technician who came out (Chris I think) was really helpful, competent & happy to help without delay ensuring I could get on my way as soon as possible so exactly what you want when issues occur.

Disgusting service as a main dealer they should be more on the ball and have customer focus, faults not fixed, told have been, aftershaves staff have no respect for the customer, Tom service manager a disgrace ! Talks to you like you are a nuisance, not helpful or polite.

They only want your money! Even if they solve or not. I know few persons few time each the same thing.
One time we asked about the price they told us arround £80, when we go to pick up the truck told us £500, we told him you said £80 ok than £300. :))
We know someone left the truck there many days did not find the problem and asked him £500 for doing nothing, only killed all electrical cables.
I think £500 is the parking :).
He bring it at someone without a garage and in one hour was repaired and asked him £50 not £500 for his incompetence.

Very happy with quick service friendly staff at reception & parts said who I'd come 2 c & what I needed josh was quick dealing with it had a Fitter out in the yard new mirror arm fitted & gone with in under 30 mins so can't moan at that
