Went to Dawlish on New Year Day for a walk. Most coffee shops were closed but luckily this was open.A friendly warm welcome and as we only wanted cappuccino we sat in bucket seats near the entrance. The cappuccino was very good and value at £2.5 for a small and £3 for large. There was a continuous procession of people coming in as again it was the only venue available. Well done Reflections.
The staff here are just wonderful, can't rate them highly enough! Drinks are delicious and the toasted teacakes are fantastic! The decor is perhaps a bit "of a time" but don't let this deter you, it sort of becomes part of its charm!
(They also have a little booster seat for toddlers which is excellent ????)
After reading these great reviews, i thought we would try it. Quite stuffy you could do with cracking open a window, sorry to say, but it smells like a nursing home with no air. There was a puddle of grease on the plate. Breakfast wasn't very nice . The lasagna was lovely, but it could do with some salad served with it. We wouldn't go back, unfortunately it wasn't a great experience.
We have eaten at this place every time we’ve returned to Dawlish for past 5 years (3-4 times a year) every single meal we’ve had breakfast, lunch to dinner has been spot on. Home cooked food, good prices and a lovely atmosphere. We have two young children with us and as parents know it can be a worry how loud they get but they made an effort with them and told us not to worry as they have grandchildren. Highly recommend this place!!! Well done
Walked to Dawlish from Dawlish Warren and really wanted a proper cream tea. Most of the places in town were pretty tacky so walked out of town and was just ready to give up when we found Reflections. It was Sunday so we just got served but it was worth it. 2 warm scones each, loads of jam and cream Went to heaven and fuelled for our walk back. We sat outside as had a dog but the Bistro inside looked great and the other food being served superb.
Amazing food at the great price. Lovely laid back atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely a new favourite place to stop and we will be returning .
Great Saturday Deals 12am TIL 3pm. As you can see new times and Shop Safe Feel Safe Signs. Added picts.
I'm having a full English Breakfast and it was lovely. A really nice looking place to come and had lunch, coffee, drinks, what ever time of day. And breakfast YES.
REALLY GOOD WIFI UP/DOWNLOAD. So Office workers lunch time work?.
But I will be back being local.
Popped in here on the off chance of Sunday lunch on Easter Sunday.. absolutely delicious Sunday roast. We had the beef, came with a generous helping of roasties and sides, plus a very nice cauliflower cheese. Staff were very pleasant as were the surroundings. Prices were very good! Highly recommended! Credit to my daughter for the pic!
