Had my car picked up after a breakdown by this company. Took me to St Helens. Highly recommend, from the guy on the phone (didn't catch his name) to Tony who collected my car, the service was very professional & reasonably priced. Tony was a really nice fun person, had a great conversation with him. Made the journey more pleasant. He was a gem. Thanks for all your help.
My mum had a crash mon 4th march, insurance directed us to Red rose recovery and Tony as the car needing collecting. Absolutely amazing service, Tony’s first priority was to ask to as my mum if she was ok. Sorted the car towed away, no problem. Nearly had an issue with my dad’s van starting shortly before Tony left and he was happy to help him too. Was not a good day ???? but Tony was fantastic and made one aspect of it so much easier. Thank you and fully recommended for future use
My car had to be towen away after an accident. The speed and communication was great.
Then a very chatty and kind man arrived to collect my car. Tony tried to calm me down as I was really upset about the situation. He sympathised with me and we had a really good chat. Really recommend this company if anyone will need this type of service at some point ????????
Booked my car in for a last minute service they got me booked in very quickly, dropped the car off to Tony and had it back within a few hours, excellent service from start to finish big thanks to the rest of the lads Andy, Kev and Stu.
I came across RRR by a chance recommendation from another garage. Rang them. Spoke to the boss Andy at 9am. Tony was at my house with the recovery vehicle by about 9.15am. He got the car started and explained what the problem is and had it loaded and away to the garage by 9.30am. What a brilliant service. And Tony is a credit to your organisation Andy. He also told me that Kevin, your mechanic who will be working on the car, is the best mechanic he’s ever worked with. Great job!
Stranded alone on the roadside during morning rush hour with wagons & busses whizzing by - Tony was my knight in fluorescent yellow armour. So helpful, friendly & nice. Got me to where my Landy could be repaired. THANK YOU SO, SO MUCH.
