Always been a good pub but now the place is awesome A & J plus their team do a fantastic job of sunday lunch from presentation to flavour its all superb. The kids meal is very well done without losing quality. Very reasonable costing even with drinks .
Still one of the best pints of Guinness in the south east ????

Outdoor seating with lots of lovely flowers and hanging baskets. Indoors has a really cosy feel and is kept immaculate! Excellent size portions for very reasonable prices! The food is absolutely delicious and have come back several times - definitely one of our favourite places to visit. The owners and staff are so welcoming and friendly I highly recommend
Always a great night at The Red Lion. Jeanette is such a super hostess and always happy to cater for her customers needs. There were 15 of us some vegaterians and vegan, nothing was too much trouble. The grazing platters are superb and the choice of cocktails is great. Would highly recommend it for a group night out ????
Sunday roast was delicious could not fault it and cheese cake was to die for enough for 2 people

Amazing place. We stumbled on it by mistake . Food is amazing, I had the halloumi burger which was perfect. Mum had cheese on toast as she wasn’t that hungry and staff were really accommodating. Food was beautifully presented and well cooked. The place has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and the cleanest toilets I’ve ever seen. So thoughtful to have some beauty products that were free for customers to use like hairspray, body spray and sanitary items plus the spiced moisturiser which smells banging. Super friendly staff who were amazing. Will defo be back again. Thank you for a fabulous experience.
