Great service as always, Omar was very accomodating, and got my car sorted straight away, im very happy with the work carried out on my wifes car.
Booked an MOT appointment a week ahead on arrival they informed me their system was down and couldnt provide an MOT? I gave them a 2nd chance to provide an MOT service and the owner was so obnoxious i drove my vehicle out I will never waste my time with this business they were unreliable and abusive worst service i have ever encounteres!!
Avoid these like the plague. Had a pre mot test at my friends garage... car was fine. Took here for an mot said £35 plus free retest... fair enough. Took car down, told me my car would be condemned and failed by a tyre, brakes and bolt. They tampered with my car and cross threaded a bolt. Said They would do all the work there and then and put tyres through as an advisory. I said I would go to my friends garage. To which point he puts the mot failures as a tyre and the bolt that they had cross threaded! Said he put the brakes on as an advisory “ by accident” and would “let me off” with them.
Goes to friends garage and low and behold nothing wrong with the brakes and the bolt had clearly been cross threaded by them as it was a clean bolt no rust etc as it would be if had been like it for a while. The tyre was an advisory as was still legal. Went for retest and got charged £10 (so much for the free retest) and they didn’t even look at the car just asked if the work had been done!!! Complete cowboy rip offs... dishonest scammers!
