Working in Moffat, I came across this bakery, honestly the best food I've eaten from a sandwich shop/bakery.
Excellent choice, everything's fresh daily.
Tried lots of different items and cakes over the 4 weeks I was there, couldn't fault a thing.
Ham salad in the sub roll is a meal in itself, just see my photos xxx
Didn’t get a chance to take any pictures but the food was amazing. Over the course of the weekend we tried there pizza’s, steak pies, sausage rolls, chocolate eclairs and cream donuts and honestly they were proper old fashioned traditional food. Very tasty and the staff were friendly. Will deffo be back when we next visit.
Lovely little authentic old bakers, so many things to choose from, we bought 1x fruit slice, 1 empire biscuit, 1x shortbread round and 1x glass bottle of maines raspberryade. One of the best empires I’ve had, highly recommend.
Went down today and got scones treacle and plain and a few cakes and they were good and didn't last long in house
Staff friendly and cakes and rolls ok but for price nothing to get too excited about, the filled rolls are definitely not worth money and got boiled egg rolls that came with 4 little egg slices that were lost on roll, might as well have just bought a buttered roll. Still looking for the strawberries on the strawberry tarts. Definitely won't be back.
A big thank you to the two lovely ladies who stayed open to feed two very hungry and cold travellers. The macaroni pie and meat and potato pie were delicious!
Travel up from Preston for a few days break and collect some Macaroni Pies, even getting orders of neighbours now. Lovely staff very helpful will be back in a few weeks.
Great little Bakery, huge selection of cakes, it was hard to pick one so I had two! Friendly and patience staff (it did take me a few min to pick). Would definitely stop here again.
