This pharmacy is simply amazing! The pharmacist and the staff here go out of their way to make sure everyone feels cared for and understood, especially older folks and those who aren't fluent in English.
It was in-fact my mother who sent me one day to collect her medicine, and I could see as to why she was adamant that I collect it from this pharmacy specifically . Their knowledge, dedication & preparation make this pharmacy stand out as a real pharmacy of the community.
Given that English is my mother’s third language, the staff here have done an incredible job making my mother feel welcome and confident that she can receive the help she needs especially given the UK GP crisis. I can see why she feels at home over here and I can’t thank them enough.
Recently went in for earwax removal and it was such a great experience with friendly and most importantly professional staff. The pharmacy provides a range of excellent services and is definitely the best in the area. Huge thanks to the team!
Finally a pharmacist who knows what they are talking about! Hassan is the new generation of pharmacists that actually care. He has the answer to any questions asked and goes above and beyond to look after you. The pharmacist here is a young, sensible, kind, absolutely adorable and patient young man named Hassan.
Place is being slowly upgraded and priority to the patients is clearly his forte. He goes above and beyond to keep on top of everyone's prescriptions.
