Disappointed with our last visit this week. The service felt rushed, we were unaware the restaurant closed at 10pm, yet asked at 9.30 if we would like another drink. We should have been informed that they would be closing soon. The food was acceptable but below the standard we have experienced before. At 10pm the staff made it obvious we were holding them up and when asked if they were closing was abruptly told they close at 10 so we were unable to finish our drinks. A professional establishment would usually allow a few minutes to take account of customers to finish the drinks they were served knowingly aware they would not have had time to drink.
First visit to this restaurant and will definitely go back. Staff friendly helpful and attentive. The food was delicious with everything explained of what you were ordering.
I’m very disappointed with this restaurant I’ve been here 5 times but not again sorry to say 2 good experiences the last three been bad to getting worse . The waiter an old guy might have been the owner offered us drinks then told us it’s closing in 10 min I should have asked for a refund for my drinks they made it so obvious if we could leave . Spaghetti bolognaise was like shop bought so greasy I had heart burn . My fourth visit this restaurant suffered a sewer problem the whole restaurant smelt like poo after somebody would flush the toilet it was disgusting. They should have closed that day and got a plumber in not a good restaurant.
Overall staff on my last visit where so bad true colours came out all about money not service .

Authentic Italian, restaurant has a great family-run atmosphere, staff are very friendly and know their menu so they can recommend to your likes and needs. Food is really nice, great taste of Italy in Old Windsor
This is my families' go to place for celebrations! The staff and owner are absolutely fantastic - so friendly, authentic and helpful. The food is always of a high standard and the team are happy to help you pick out something new that you will like. There's music and dancing at weekends in the evening and its just generally a really fun atmosphere. Great for families!
Amazing food and atmosphere. Really family orientated. The best restaurant i have ever been to. I will definetley return to this restaurant.
Really very good, the food quality and heat give me recognition and goodness, the waiters are polite and considerate, I will definitely visit again if I have the opportunity
