All’interno del meraviglioso Four Seasons, questo ristorante rispetta l’altissimo standard dell’hotel. Il menù è interessante con prevalenza di piatti della cucina siciliana moderna. Un antipasto di gamberi rossi non può mancare. Gli spaghetti al pomodoro e ricotta salata sono eccellenti. Ottimo il branzino e pure il rombo. Carta dei vini con tutti i più famosi a prezzi esorbitanti ma c’è anche qualcosa di molto buono a prezzi accettabili. Non essendo un tavolo di bevitori mi permetto un Sassicaia al bicchiere, ovviamente eccezionale. Non c’è posto per i dessert. Servizio all’altezza con personale professionale e gentilissimo. Conto elevato come ci si può aspettare. Ottima cena.

We had dinner at principe cerami in the terrace. We decided to follow the suggestions of the waiters, which were spot on. The food was overall nice, but only one plate, a risotto, was unforgettable.
We arrived at the restaurant and the table was not ready. No drink was offered for the wait. So we decided to get a bottle of prosecco by the pool. We were then told the table was ready, but we wanted to finish the bottle and there was no offer to take it to the table. We are then rushed to go to the restaurant since it was the latest time dinner could start. We thus rush to the restaurant to be told the table was not ready. And waited ten more minutes.
This is all super far from the service expected at a michelin star restaurant!
To finish off, after having to wait for the table so long, we had to pay 30 euros of parking at the hotel because we exceeded the parking time included with the dinner!! Simply outrageous!
DINNER Dinner was wonderful, a beautiful experience from beginning to end! The restaurant is lovely, the service is fantastic (Matteo is amazing, very knowledgeable and charming!), and the food is delicious! We enjoyed everything, including the wine pairings. And the view is gorgeous.
BREAKFAST The PC team is excellent, the service is perfection. They do an amazing buffet (beautiful presentation) with delicious a la carte options. Denise (the best!), Elania, Alberto, Adriano, Victoria, Vera, and Dorothea are superstars!
what a wonderful dinner. we spent a week at the four seasons and had dinner one night at the Cerami…the food was very memorable. We ordered the four course version which including two pre-course plates and one pre-dessert dish was actually 7 courses. Not huge but more than enough food. We did laugh at how small one of the anti-pasta dishes actually was but it was two amazing bites so why complain. If you have Euro 450/for two to spend its well worth it. I would say we also enjoyed the dinner we had at nearby Tiramisu for Euro 100 but it’s not the same type of event. .
