They making free money on delivery vehicles-it is a trap. If you are a delivery driver don't go behind the parking cameras fitted by parking company(CPP). They issue PCN for delivery vehicles and refusing to cancel it once proved it was a genuine delivery to the designated delivery bay. To avoid a penalty it is better to hand over the delivery on the street away from delivery bay and their cameras

Treated for an emergency eye operation. Staff were brilliant and got me in day after problem identified. Fantastic service
Had an emergency surgery on Christmas day and stayed overnight. One of the worst days of my life but the nurses were lovely and made it better. Truly some of the most splendid people.
I was nervous, but i had a great experience thanks to the loveliest team in Dermatology. From the nurse who welcomed me and pronounced my name right (which never happens) she made me feel at ease before a minor surgery with her friendly and caring attitude. (Camila) And Dr Imran also was great took the time to explain everything, very professional and quick. The other nurse was lovely too great patient care. ????
Visit for an Eye operation, received the very best care throughout, with exceptional surgery and care from those in theatres.
My son was diagnosed with follicular tonsilitis , put antibiotics once we went to A&E , 9 days later his fever spikes up to 40. Difficult to get it down. I called 111 was given appointment here to see a nurse. ???? she told me my son is fine. He is not ill. His throat, his tonsils are good. She doesn't know why his fever is up. And she let us go. So I go home. Check sons fever and it is 38. I tool a spoon to check his throat. Its all white. His tonsils are swollen and he clearly has follicular tonsils and antibiotics wasn't doing the best job. But I was sent home. I'm disappointed angry and feel lost . Will have to make another trip to A&E today to hopefully be heard and my boy hopefully will get another course of antibiotics. Shame on the nurse we saw. She was rude from very beginning and didn't care and didn't bother at all. Wish I knew her name .
Dermatology Dr was a star as too were the nurses. Very informative, patient and caring. Can't say that about the female consultant who didn't seem interested in me or what I had to say. I was dismissed within 10mins from her room.
