Honestly, an absolute shambles. My partner has been trying since mid September to book her car in for some work doing. First call we were told the person who books people in isn't available and they will call us back. Nothing back. Then no one answers the phone at all. We then drove down, and apparently the person who needs to look at the window wasn't in, so they took some photos and said they would be in touch. 4 weeks down the line, still nothing. Called 7 times today phone just rings out. Absolutely useless.

What a nice knowledgeable garage they are, I have used them several times now and cannot fault them.
If you have an old Merc like mine, it’s difficult to find a garage that fully understands the older cars and can successfully effect a complicated repair at a realistic price.
£479.00 for a merc service 6 months ago to find out they changed oil and filter ,air filters,and reset service indicator.
Diagnatec welwyn garden city this month ,oil plus filter ,air filters,fuel filter,pollen filters,steering joint,service indicator reset,they also spotted a nail in my rear tire and had it repairer , £450.00.
I know who will be getting my own car and my company cars from now on. I MUST say i never told either company my company or position with in the company as both times it was my own personal car and this was to me a true acid test as to the price and service.
Good customer service ... l came away from luton to garage but the customer service is great???? and everything went quick .
