Terrible service, lost my urgent nhs 111 - urgent care prescription, late back from lunch, dirty building and inside was worse. Pharmacist walked in 30 minutes late and didn't wash his hands! Old covid screens are filthy as is the shop. Can't call due to the old fax machine switched on. Dosent deserve any stars. No doubt they only like handing out methadone to the locals. No call back either and,, no traffic to blame as in other reviews.
Had a prescription that there was no charge for, was able to explain why and collect it from Poly Pharmacy at the time. A week later they call me telling me I need to come back in and pay for it, threatening to report me and that I will be issued with a fine if I don't. Tried to explain why there was no charge but they insisted. When I said they should call the prescriber for clarification they refused and said it wasn't their responsibility. Talked over me when I tried to explain, had no idea about the law regarding this. I had to contact the prescriber to call them and explain to them again that there was no charge. Extremely rude, threatening, unprofessional and incompetent. Changing my nominated pharmacy so that I don't have to deal with these people again. Avoid.
So happy they open so late on a Sunday evening.
I use poly Pharmacy services for more then two years. The staff it's one of the best, the always are open on time can sort out most of the prescription you might get from Doctor. They always happy to see you people coming to their store. Thank you poly pharmacy to be part of my life all this time.
Thank you to poly pharmacy,my mum is a cancer patient,and couldn't get her medication anywhere it was Sunday 5pm had been everywhere in Leicester you was my last hope,an happy to say you had them, the gentleman chemist owner was so happy he was able to help my mum an me forever grateful ????
They claim to open at 8 but quite clearly don’t. I have been waiting for half an hour now (8:30) and still no one here. This has happened a few times and it’s a Sunday so they can’t blame traffic as they have with other reviews!
Tried to use this pharmacist twice within the last week and not been open at 8am as stated. I waited till 8.10 the first time and then today 8 20 and still not open. Why advertise opening time if never there!!! If opening times have changed then please amend on Google so everybody can be aware and not wasting time waiting for you to open.
Been to 7 pharmacy's yo get a prescription and 6 of them didn't have one item till I got to polys. Absolutely amazing service and didn't leave you waiting for ages. Thank you
