In winter time when we were holiday in Cornwall areas , We stopped there with my wife when we were heading to see coast for short rest and refreshments.
The facilities were clean ???? and enough for number of passengers which stopping there.
Tasty and delicious cafe and hot drinks and snacks, sandwiches ????.
As this is a very warm and pleasant environment which you can have good time together with your friends and family.
For having a meal or drink.
Quality of products are good, they have very friendly and knowledgeable staff so this is the reason you can high quality food and drink.
Also it’s located very close to the main road and easy accessible with sufficient Carpark bays.
I strongly recommend to use their services.
I should say it was only open café in winter time there and we were very thankful ????????
Such a shame, the pasties looked lovely but the Steak Pasties were very salty and the meat was really chewy. Even the sausage roll was a salty. Would not recommend.
Awful experience. It wasn't particularly busy. Order took ages. Staff stressed and getting orders wrong. Orders a chicken and leek pasty. 2 tiny scraps of chicken. Sent it back. Not much of an apology. No offer of a different choice. Staff member said she would speak to baker. I thought in this part of the country they would get it right. £4.50 for potato, leek and pastry. Do not recommend.
2 lovely girls serving, nothing was too much for them. Haven't tried the pasties yet but they come highly recommended and the sweet treats were delicious!
Brie, Cranberry and Bacon panini was also delicious and pretty affordable. Sausage roll was also nice (and my husband is very fussy!)
Would definitely recommend- DOG FRIENDLY
Lovely fresh pasties and luscious drinks to be had in this place.
Go around the back to a beautiful view and lovely area to eat in at. Toilet is available too upon request. Service was with a smile and all the food was great.
Came here on holiday, wasn't felt welcome.. I bought pastries from here and went to sit down, lady at the counter said i couldn't sit down because my boyfriend had a coffee cup from somewhere else we had visited. I'm sorry but I had just purchased something from your shop and wasn't allowed to sit and eat it? Ridiculous really.
The pastries were delicious though, as we ate them outside in the rain...
Visited this week and had a lamb pasty which was without doubt the best I've had. There was huge chunks of lamb, potatoes and swede, the pastry was crunchy and soft in all the right places.
My children had bubblegum ice creams. I asked if my youngest could have a smaller scoop and the lady only charged £1 for his.
Love this bakery and visit it every year but this year we both chose different pasties. Neither contained much meat. Was more like potato pasties. Not far off the worst pastie I’ve ever had for meat content which is a shame. Their bread etc is great.
