fantastic garage, my Amber service light came on half way through my way to work (I drive 25 miles each way) and my car started jumping like it was in the wrong gear (in spite of whatever gear I was in). The fault disappeared after turning the car off for an hour but I wanted it checked as I drive so many miles for work each day. I was able to get my car in to be seen 2 days later and within a few hours they gave my car the all clear with NO CHARGE. Ive had poor experiences with other garages bumping up the price when dealing with women but this was absolutely not the case here. my sister in law has also recently used this garage and commented on how reasonably priced the service was. thank you
Fantastic service.
My car broke down so I called MANY garages for s quote on recovery to the nearest garage just about one mile away. All were crazy expensive ????
So I called PM AUTO'S on recommendation from another garage.
Leanne was very polite and very helpful, I spoke with Paul and arranged for my car to be recovered and repaired.
Paul arrived and recovered the cat.
I had to get the money together for repairs and MOT, Paul wasn't concerned and just said pay when I get it together ????
Then I get an unexpected call, unexpected as I did not expect the car to be done so soon, it was Leanne calling me to say the car was ready already ????
I will stipulate that they were in no rush for me to collect the car, just informing me that it was road ready.
Not only did they charge me UNDER half the price of ANYONE ELSE for recovery but the cost of the repairs to the car were UNBELIEVABLY LOW ????
PM AUTO'S saved me a fortune and plz take my advice, any vehicle troubles or simply am MOT...go nowhere else, I won't from now on ????
A side note...I know very little about vehicles but my son does and had his alternator replaced recently, when I told him the extent of repairs and parts needed for mine he told me I may as well scrap it, when I told him the total price for all repairs plus a new alternator and an MOT he was AMAZED and wondered how they could do so much and charge so little ????
Went for a mot, and the staff were so friendly and helpful will be my go-to place to get my car fixed
Absolutely fantastic garage the collected my sons car, kept us updated with the progress of the work.

Very poor customer service. Don't communicate. Leave you hanging and waste your time. Terrible attitude towards customers.
Great local garage. Needed a MOT and service and they called once the MOT was complete before doing the service to see if I wanted to fix the advisories or do the service. Most other places would still do the service without worrying about people's wallets. Definitely recommend and will be coming here as my default local garage.
Took in for an MOT. Very quick service. Cheers.

2nd MOT there. They could not do enough to help fix an irritating problem that would have failed the MOT based on a warning light. Solved it. Thank you!
