I brought my child with a dairy allergy here because I'd seen online that they had a good selection of vegan donuts. When we arrived we were not disappointed by the choice available and my child got to choose one they really wanted. The staff were all friendly and most importantly the donuts were delicious! The prices were very reasonable for the size and quality of the donuts.
We were just visiting Chester for the day but will definitely be popping in here when we visit in the future, we'd love to try the milkshakes next time too!
The salted caramel doughnut was ok ( a bit too sweet for my liking where your teeth start hurting- this purely a personal preference )like how a doughnut should be!
We entered the place thinking it’s going to be freshly made doughnuts without the use of unhealthy food chemicals like emulsifiers etc ! After eating the doughnut when I read the ingredient label on the bag I was disappointed - it had emulsifiers (the unhealthy E chemicals)
While I appreciate overall a food item like doughnut is not supposed to be healthy as it’s a sweet treat but I wish places like these can promote these items without using unnecessary food chemicals - we have enough supermarkets selling ultra processed stuff already!
These doughnuts really are out of this world, and I just couldn’t resist the 3 for £9 offer ????

It is ok. Doughnuts are good, but a little too sweet for my taste, principally the filled ones. The glazed doughnuts are the best ones. Small place, so it's better to get it takeaway, especially if you are in more than 2 or 3 people.
Fantastic, friendly staff and delicious doughnuts. There were so many for us to choose from that we ended up buying more to take home with us! My daughters also tried the milkshakes which they enjoyed. We'll definitely be back again
Ate the ones at Chester zoo and they were all beautifully pillowy dough and indulgent toppings - my fave was Boston crème but the jammy dodger one was incredible too! Much better than that Krispy lots.
I was on a train journey back to Liverpool yesterday (16/7) and I decided to have a pit stop in Chester.
Before leaving Llandudno I rang the store in Chester and spoke to a girl and told her I was on my way there to buy some doughnuts and I wanted to make sure they weren’t running out of my favourites. The girl said she would put them to one side for me and I could pay when I came to collect.
When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a young man, very pleasant and friendly and I explained about the call I made. I saw the doughnuts in a box on the shelf as she’d promised.
Both members of staff were excellent, both were professional, friendly and offered suggestions on choices. Too many to choose from ????. They explained about a 25% discount over the weekend on purchases and I remembered about the app on my phone so with a bit of help from the staff to navigate the app, everything was sorted out.
I felt very relaxed in store and it seemed a nice friendly atmosphere for me and other customers that were coming in. Thanks again, I’ll be back again soon as the ones I buy don’t last very long ????????????.
It's one of the yummy doughnuts I have come across in the neighbourhood. It's super soft,moist,creamy outside and top so much lairs.There coffee was also very good in taste and affordable price as well.Inside the shop not so spacious for sitting,but good for a few minutes break.So any donut lover out there ?!!Definitely should pay a visit..☺️☺️
