Awful..... firstly they claimed they hadn't received our order then when it did arrive the chips had the colouring off the paper stained on them it Put me off completely... kids meal wouldn't even fill up the tiniest of tummies and they didn't even send the correct drink. so disappointing will not be ordering from there again
Wrong order, cold food, ignorant staff.... Holidaying down here, decided to treat the kids and I to takeaway... Had to taxi there as we had had a drink, got back to find our margarita pizza was garlic bread with cheese and the chicken donner wrap was 4 pieces of chicken, never seen a bit of tikka or spices, in a shop brought wrap with salad! Rang to explain the situation and were told that the chef had made the pizza wrong and asked for address, only to be told they wouldn't deliver to us, we were too far away (3.5 miles) we would have to collect it!! When I said I wasn't happy to do so, the girl actually put the phone down on me and refused to answer when I called back (numerous times).... Hungry kids, hacked off oh, and a waste of money!! Dont bother!!
Food has hot, and tasty. Went in and collected and was cooked Infront of us. Really nice food.
Rude on the phone. Terrible service. Unsure about the quality of the food as didn't get the opportunity to try it. Put a large (£60!) order online, waited 40 mins, called to find out where the food was, only to be told that "the online machine isn't turned on" so then tried to order over the phone. The man on the other end then proceeded to have a conversation with someone else halfway through the call so gave up. Tried again shortly after to be told very rudely that they weren't doing pizzas and also weren't doing delivery. We gave up and bought from the local shop in the end. Rude, arrogant and unapologetic. They need to up their game if they want to survive through the tourist free winters.
Food ordered for delivery. Pizza was ice cold. Keebab had meat missing. The meat that came was unedible. Presentation looked like they thrown in bin and scooped into contsiner. Vile vile vile!! Phoned to complain and got hung up on off two phones. Would not recommend at all. Shame on you !! Would leave no star review if possible.

So annoyed right now. Partner ordered food and for the 4th time got back home to find there was no popcorn chicken. Just chips again for me. Someone needs to open a decent pizza place round here! Rang to complain again. No delivery service available... Terrible service!
Placed our order & paid, got ready to go out & collect...... text messages saying, oh sorry we aren't actually open, you'll get your money back in 3 to 5 days. Not impressed, website is still saying its open. On holiday for 12 days, won't be trying there again
Food never turned up, didn't even phone to tell us why it never turned up, no answer when ringing to find out where food was either, everywhere was closed by the time we realised they wasnt coming so very hungry and upset children! Would advise everyone not to order with these!!
