We've been using Pizza Place since it first opened and have gone back time after time because the pizzas are that good. The ingredients are tasty and plentiful and food is always piping hot
The delivery service is very reliable and, although the standard time quoted is usually 45 minutes the food has often arrived in half that. The staff are polite and friendly.
The mark for atmosphere is in no way a criticism as it is a takeaway, not a restaurant; the aim is one of efficient production, rather ambience.
A bit expensive, service pretty appalling and customer service is dire. Think these must be the most unsavoury characters with bad attitudes I have seen yet in all the places I have been. Would give this place a miss a would not recommend. Guy in front of me was made wait 20 minutes before they even asked what he wanted, and the way they asked him was very rude to say the least. I just walked out after witnessing that.
Food quality, service and delivery time is always excellent. This is our go to place for a quick and inexpensive takeaway. Good variety on the menu, and always have deals available. We can only speak to the delivery side, as we order via an app, but this is one of the best take away available in Lincoln.
What can I say apart from the doner and chicken wraps are phenomenal and the calzones are epic. Staff are lovely and really work their butts off. Really recommend and now a firm fav as a local business to support. Vicky and Jake

It's 16.00 hrs on a Sunday. They're open, we're hungry after a track day at Cadwell Park. Quick decision to be made, 3 x large mixed kebabs it is then!
We were told it would be 45 minutes delivery (fine, no issues) but within 20 minutes, they were knocking on the door. Reeeeesult, it saved me chewing at my own leg. ????
Delivery guy was polite and courteous.
We received 3 x mixed special kebabs (more expensive and come with chips, salad, sauce and pitta) instead but as I could have eaten a horse, jockey, stable hand and nose bag, that was fine. So, watch for an extra cost if you do order directly by phone. They only accept cash on the doorstep, by the way. Pay by card when you order, just in case you've no cash.
Food was piping hot, freshly prepared and extremely tasty.
All three of us (aged from 57 to 78 and sober) were astounded at the value for money in the current financial/economic climate.
We'll try these guys again but next time in a more stressful situation, maybe Saturday night at 10.00pm! Hopefully they'll cope just as well.
There's a few negative reviews on here and we were sceptical as a result but as stated, we were very happy. I'm a pedantic fella that suffers with OCD (letters in the wrong order) and I was at piece after my meal so, hopefully you'll buy with confidence and have a similar, positive experience. ????????
The food was good, and the staff were very friendly ; however, the hygiene was not very good.
Been ordering from here since they opened & normally food is really good. My daughter was really looking forward to her chicken & fries tonight but chicken arrived burned.
