At the time of this review the bar was marked as closed on Google Maps. It is not. The owner opens from 0900 to 1630, closing 1pm - 2pm for their lunch. Also 11am - 1130 they are open but not serving as they have a contract with the school next door. They can offer drinks, crisps, chocolate etc or make you a sandwich/baguette when asked. The owner stated local residents in the urbanisation know when they are open by word of mouth but for Google Users it’s best to consider the limited hours I’ve listed or the next update by actual attempted reviewer. The business has been closed the last 2 times we visited in the daytime over the last 4 months, we pass by as members of a walking group and use the place as a refreshment break. Always seated outside as the inside is in darkness except the bar.

Absolute cracking place, would recommend to anybody who wants a fun, family feel place with the warmest welcome and hospitality ever. Just want to say a massive thankyou to all the staff and regular guests of the Phoenix nights bar and restaurant. You have made our holiday a special one and you are one of the reasons why wanting to move out here is a necessity. Love you guys so much and can't wait to see you again. Thankyou to all xxxx
Had a great evening with family Service was good and banter with owner was brill.The food was excellent and well cooked and you could have as much as you like ....a good place to eat.
