The ring road branch has very friendly staff. The guy who runs the operation is call Bouli I believe, he is such an amazing and friendly guy. I replaced my tire with a second hand one but the tire was a bit noisy and then I took it back he said he would let me know when he has another one in stock. We got in contact few days later and he replaced it with a much better tire. Excellent customer service, highly recommend

I was recommended Phillips tyres by a friend after my tyre blew out and a spring broke. I know nothing about cars or tyres but they were very friendly and took care to explain everything to me. They gave my options and were not pushy at all. Although they were busy, they made sure the car was repaired on the same day as I needed it for work. I did some research on costs and they were very competitive on price. Thank you very much for your help. I will definitely be recommending you in future :D

Very good service. Quick, efficient and I found them a lot more helpful then going to my Audi dealership who sounded like they didn't want to help
First time here and I was actually recommended by another tyre outlet. The guys were very professional and speedy. I had a nail in my tyre. Many places would recommend buying a new tyre but here they recommended repairing the existing one, much cheaper. It doesn't look fancy when you drive in but the team is excellent.
