Despite being very busy, I was extremely impressed by the way a young assistant put an elderly and slightly confused lady at ease and assured her that she could have a flu jab in a matter of minutes. She was very patient whilst getting the lady's details despite some communication difficulties and kept her engaged whilst awaiting Ravi, the pharmacist. Well done to her!
Well done, excellent staff and a dedicated, service mindset with the community at the heart of it all. Offers the common ailments scheme as the pharmacist is an independent prescriber. Easier to get an appointment here than to wait for an appointment at the surgery or burden the hospital.
I'd like to thank The Pharmacist Ravi for his thorough examination of my daughter when we couldn't get a doctors appointment on the day I was advised to go to Peter Morgans Pharmacy and speak with the Pharmacist ... from the beginning the Pharmacist Ravi, who took us to a private consulting room had a very kind child/Teen friendly manner about him in dealing with my daughter and explaining everything he was checking for step by step in a way she was able to completely understand. My daughter had been very poorly and we were advised by Ravi to get her checked out at the hospital to eliminate his suspicious... with a full written triage documented in hand we headed to Glan Clwyd A & E. Amazing response at the hospital we were ushered into the pediatrics waiting area and seen, diagnosed and home within 2 hours. I truly want to thank Ravi the Pharmacist at Peter Morgans for his kind manner with my daughter and his expertise on examination without Ravi's help on this day my daughter's health could have gotten much worse. Great service, lovely staff. A real community asset. I have recommended people to use this pharmacy for things on the common ailments scheme. It takes the pressure off the Drs surgery and it is quicker too, as no appointment necessary and you are already there if you need any medication. They also do Flu vaccinations.
A very friendly and efficient service for my daughter today. Thorough checks completed which resulted in identifying the problem and the correct medication.

In July my son had a bad bump to the head, I wasn't sure if I needed to go to the hospital and as I was near the pharmacy at the time I asked to see the pharmacist. He came straight out and took me into the consultation room to check my son over, he looked thoroughly and did evaluation for concussion and advised me I did not need to go to the hospital unless certain symptoms came to light. He explained all of these symptoms of concussion I had to look out for and put me so much at ease when I was extremely worried when I walked in.
Since then, I have felt so comfortable to go back and see him over minor issues rather than going to the G.P and have always been able to get free prescriptions and advice whenever needed without waiting. The staff in Peter Morgan Pharmacy always seem to be so busy, but prioritise patients care and do their best to quickly see me or my children and give me the correct advice and medication.
When sitting in the pharmacy I've witnessed people being abusive/rude to members of staff and it really upset me to see as they are always trying their best to be as fast as possible any time I have been in there, and even when they were being pretty much shouted at they were being polite and professional and dealt with the issue to the best they could.
If people have an issue they should ask to speak to the Pharmacist directly, I can confirm he is so lovely and would go above and beyond to help you and get you the treatment or advice you need.
Thank you Peter Morgan Pharmacy for all your help over the last few months you have saved me so much time and made me feel so comfortable to come to you all. More people should know about the conditions you can treat in the pharmacy as I would never have know if it wasn't for Tegan, Nerys and Jackie explaining to me all the things that can be treated without going to the doctors.
