Took car for MOT and it passed it ????
Friendly staff especially Aaron who did his upmost to accommodate me. This is now my garage in future for all my car troubles...excellent service
I went to Penn Street Garage so my car could have it's MOT. The staff were friendly, it didn't take too long for my MOT and the price was brilliant. It was no hassle sorting a re-test after getting my fails fixed and I will definitely be using them for all future MOT's.
Brilliant service. Reliable and worked around my work schedule. Despite a busy schedule i had they worked around my time and still did a service and MOT for me. Great customer service. i would recommend 100% very knowledgable and reliable

Absolutely brilliant service from the people at Penn Street Garage, I can't thank them enough, nor bestow praise any higher. Everyone with whom I've dealt has been open, polite, courteous and, above all else honest.
They've gone out of their way at the shortest of notice to diagnose and fix my ageing Merc, without charging the earth.
I'm more than happy to recommend their services, and as a woman with only scant knowledge of under bonnet workings, I have never felt duped, belittled or condescended, and have no hesitancy in directing other like-minded ladies to them.

I am totally disgusted with the service that I received from this Garage yesterday. Never been to this garage before but needed an MOT doing, My car has passed its MOT every year and has all relevant work done when needed. Had a phone call telling me that it had failed with 6 things that were apparently very labour intensive to do at a cost of over £600!!! I picked the car up and took it to 2 other garages straight away to check what was supposed to be wrong with it and both garages said the same thing.. not faulty!! I then took it to a 3rd garage to have another MOT done who passed it straight away with no faults!!! The morale to this story is don't ever go there unless you wish to have unnecessary work done... Will never be returning and will never recommend!!!

I made the mistake of rushing to fix my Audi on a sunday and went to this garage as they were the only garage open that said they could fix my audi. I gave them £300 before checking my car was fixed and when i found out it still had the faults and wouldnt start they refused to give me back my money and used the excuse it amounted to parts and labour and they couldnt find the fault.
They diagnosed and replaced 2 non authentic coil packs (£40) and 4 spark plugs (£60) it takes 10 mins to change these parts but they charged me £200 labour. They didnt even fix offer me a refund or my old parts back to allow me to get home for my children.
PLEASE IF YOU HAVE TO USE THIS GARAGE MAKE SURE YOUR CAR IS FULLY WORKING BEFORE YOU HAND OVER MONEY. The next day i went to an audi and he said they didnt need to do the work they did, they over charge me for the work they didnt need to do and i should go to trading standards which i did.
Its a family run bussiness and the head guy is call Lal. BECAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THESE FRAUDS !!!!!!!
garage is a small 'back street garage' but I've been going to these guys for years, very helpful, more than reasonably priced and if they know someone that can undercut them and save me a large amount of money they have advised me, not many places do that!
give them a try, you won't be disappointed ????
