Pre ordered dinner at 5pm for delivery at 7pm, called up just after 7 to ask how long it would be to be told it wouldn't be delivered until atleast 8pm. Extremely disappointed as we order from here frequently. Will not be placing another order from here again. Terrible service. What's the point in pre ordering 2 hours in advance if the restaurant cannot fulfil its promise.
Ordered and it arrived , with in the hour , disappointed is not the word . For the second time the food is sub standard . Chips raw , onions uncooked . To top it all the food was covered in my sweet and sour sauce , making the chicken balls soggy . The last time it was two hours late and cold when arrived . I phoned and to be honest it was lip service . Don’t take the orders if you can’t deliver !!!
Have had umpteen meals from here ,usually very good , but last twice I have noticed the curry is very peppery, getting to the stage it isn't enjoyable.
Brilliant food , and great polite service never had any issues one of my faves by far
Best takeaway Chinese in killie bar far, a do alot of eating and there's not one that comes close, big Kenny and his staff are doing a great job
Been getting deliveries twice a week approximately £40 inc tip to driver for 2years plus
I don’t eat chips due to health reasons so made my usual order chicken curry with chips for my wife and my usual chicken balls curry sauce and fried rice
It gets delivered quickly as usual
I opened my order and to my surprise they had gave ME CHIPS with the curry balls
I called shop to tell them and the Male whom took my order answered so I explained error and with no thought he defensively replied he wrote down what I said
RUBBISH why would I order something I’m not aloud in my diet he’s always been a nice guy but his arrogance sickened me and I hung up you cannot converse with someone who believes he is infallible
To this end the seagulls got the chips and I enjoyed my chicken ball n sauce with uncle bens rice
They won’t be getting anymore of my money due to poor treatment from the Male counter assistant

Take away cash only business. Usual front room with counter with kitchen in a separate room behind the counter. People behind the counter friendly & professional. Food good and they have a varied menu. I phone in my order & its normally ready when I get there. If you drop in they have a TV on that you can watch it normally has sub titles on. Once when I was there a guy handed over two twenties stuck together & didn't realise it. The guys behind the counter pointed this out to him & returned the twenty & his change which impressed me with their honesty. Anyway food good, efficient & friendly service.
£64.60 for my 64 th birthday fantastic didn't let us down thanks so much xx
