Called on the phone to ask about the NHS contraceptive pill service, which she said they offer so I got a bus to this pharmacy. Pharmacist was INCREDIBLY rude. I said it was also listed on the NHS website as offering this service, he said ‘yeah it needs to be taken off cause I don’t wanna do it’. Women should not be made to feel ashamed of accessing contraception. Really deeply upset me and I feel so ashamed.
Ordered repeat prescription over phone at 11am got there at 1.30pm after 20 minutes of waiting receptionist told me i need to wait another 25 minute...
This chemist as actually sent the wrong medication to my 2 year old grandaughter, not only wrong medication, but just covered the person name with my grandaugter name. This medication was for some 1 with cancer aboustley disgusting and will be reporting this asap
This is the most terrible and uncaring pharmacy with no respect ever! They lie all the time about delivering medicines. Very poor as what ever the gp prescribe me they always have to order it first. Fals promises every time . Now again i had to get medicines monday nothing received so i called next day and they said we will deliver in a bit as we had to order your medicines...again whole day nothing i called back and again they say tomorrow! This is ridiculous. Everytime waiting at least 3 day's to get medicines even if it's antibiotics and i need to start soon. When i called last time i got a rude lady saing to me it doesn't matter that i keep waiting as i don't go out anyway! Yes iam housebond at the moment does this mean you can say every day to me it will be delivered today and finally it doesn't????!!! If i don't go out then i have to accept this and i can stay then day's long with infection waiting for my medicans??? It was most silly comment ever. Shame on you all for this service full of lies and uncare a specially the shameless arrogant Raj. Avoid this pharmacy in all cost.
Very Very rude staff, not even have any ethics or manners to speak to customer. Recommended BIG no for every one.
I just want to say thank-you to all the staff in this chemist who have been helping me with my medication/prescriptions problems.
I especially want to thank the lady who kept phoning them a few weeks ago about why my prescription still hasn't arrived because she went above and beyond, so whoever you are, thank-you!
Also I have started going to this chemist more now for medical advice too and I have found the staff here to be very supportive and helpful.
So thank-you all and keep-up the good work.
Absolute rubbish at pharmacy! They can never find my prescription & it’s never ready I have to stand there waiting 15 mins for it to be made up when it gets sent over the week before. The pharmacist is so rude and arrogant talking on his phone while customers waiting for him to check the prescription sat there! Forms are always missing! Ridiculous
Very unsatisfied with the service provided by a male i spoke too i think it was a pharmacist.
Also the road where the pharmacy is based is not safe i have been there last week and hash smokers where outside was disgusting. Overall very poor pharmacy.
