Overpriced, unreliable and not trustworthy. I went there to get MOT, they got a few things out. When asked for repair, they did repair it, front right shock absorber mount for £360+ whereas the part cost around £20 quid. Labour can't be that huge. Also got my car serviced from here during MOT, it was full service for £160 or so. When I came back to take the car, there was no coolant. When I asked the supervisor, he said it is there where it was only the mark for a very period of time. Nothing inside. I forced him to put a dipper in it to check and it came out dry. He gave me a look and also told me rudely that he knows his job. They are there to loot people. Avoid at any cost. Second experience, my car got flat, called RAC, they jump started the car and asked me to get the batteries charged for a few hours. I took my car here, the old guy said he will get the batteries charged. I came back after 4-5 hours and was surprised to see car running for the past 5 hours. When confronted, he blatantly lied that he charged the batteries on proper battery charger.
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience I have had in getting a car repair done. My car had a hole in the air intake, the hissing sound was loud. These "mechanics" charged me over £500 for part replacements my car didn't need and the hissing sound was still there ! After I took my motor back to complain, they called me and said they found the problem , a blatant hole in the air intake! ( which I already described and explained ). Wanted lots more money to fix it. I told them to put the components back together (by this point I struggled to keep my anger in check) and drove away to get it fixed elsewhere. Do not trust these guys, they don't know what they are doing, and over-charging customers.

I needed my MOT done urgently so i called them and asked if I could book the MOT on the same day and they booked my MOT right away! it toke about half an hour for them to check my motorbike and pass my MOT. Staff is respectful and get the service done right away. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back soon!

Got a motorcycle MOT here. Friendly service, no drama with the test, and I appreciated their flexibility with a short notice booking.
Were good at what they do (MOTs) etc a few years ago. Due to vehicle being rendered almost un-drivable on last MOT inspection, I will never drive any of my vehicles there ever again. Not to be trusted.
