Paul drakes came to my house the day after ringing him. First class service. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Came on time and fixed two out of three faults on my car. Nothing was to much trouble for him. Genuine bloke and charged a great price. Will definitely use again
I have needed an auto electrician on various occasions in the last few weeks and was recommended Paul Deaks by a couple of friends and I'm very happy with all the work Paul has undertaken. He has always arrived at the date and time arranged and I find him very friendly and nothing is too much trouble and his work is 1st class at a very reasonable rate.
Any auto electronics/ electrical work I require in the future Paul will be my first port of call and I fully recommend him to everyone.
I'm very disappointed! I called him for an issue with my car Thursday and he told me to call again Monday because it's too busy ! I called him Monday and he said it's coming Wednesday, but it didn't come,so I called him Thursday again and he said it's coming after lunch! My car was already at the garage, let's wait for an electrician, he only came to look at a plug and saw some corrosion and said he couldn't fix it, etc., and after a maximum of 2 minutes he left. He wasted my time and it was unprofessional! Absolutely after what happened I can't recommend it to anyone ????
Paul came to my house very quickly after contacting him. He also quickly found and cured the fault on my Jaguar's electrical system which had defeated the dealership and who wanted another £200 to fix. Can't recommend highly enough - a true gem.
Very happy with the service I received,had a problem with a faulty electric boot latch release .
Paul was quick to diagnose the fault and said what part it was I needed and when it arrived and rang again to arrange fitting,Paul was here the next day and in around 40 minutes the job was done.

Rang on Friday afternoon, came out Monday morning so not a long wait to be seen. Explained defects to car and within the hour he had sorted all 3 issues. Very pleased as one defects was both reverse lights not working. Would recommend and definitely call again ????
