This chemist is shocking,every month I go in for medication and have to return at least twice due to various reasons,I had to wait about 10 minutes once whilst the leading pharmacist was upstairs praying,my medication was ready but I needed her to give the authorisation, can't she just give her authority to someone else whilst she prays instead of making people wait,just one of the many examples of the shambles I have encountered there,do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere if you dont wasn't stress in what should be basic stuff
The Pharmacy team is absolutely fantastic, especially Millie. They always go out of their way to provide the best service. Highly recommend!

Received my booster vaccine here this morning. Excellent service, everyone very friendly. I managed to time it when there was no queue, but all very efficient even when there is a queue. Watch out for parking nearby, some residents only spaces, some paid. I found a free 1 hour space at the top of Westcotes Drive
Just a shambles this chemist. Unorganised, staff are not friendly and I at to show my message from them as proof has I wasn't believed that I had received one from them to say my medication was ready. They also lost my maternity exemption certificate. Rang me to tell me that they had it and when I went to collect it they couldn't find it. Incompetent to another level! I will be changing my chemist has every time I go in there there's always a problem. Whoever manages this chemist needs sacking.
Went to the Jalaram centre to receive my covid booster from patels chemist, what a lovely service people all smiling and happy, talking throughout my appointment, John was lovely, polite and efficient I couldn't leave a suggestion for better service as I was very pleased. While I was waiting after having my jab a gentleman got very irate with the vaccination staff and again they are handling the situation very professionally! Well done on providing such a great service!!! Will be recommending to family and friends
Had my booster at the Jalaram Centre today. From start to finish my experience was brilliant. Everyone, from the man who directed me to the room, to the lady who checked off my details to the man who answered my numerous questions, was polite, friendly and upbeat. Thank you for making my experience so great!!!
