I've been coming to this practice for many years and from the very helpful and friendly receptionist to the dental team I've been really happy with my care. Its a pleasant relaxed environment with professionals who give the best advice and treatments. I would recommend this practice.
I have been at Pasadena Dental Practice for over 25 years. I would never go elsewhere. I am a very nervous patient but always feel at ease soon as I arrive. Julie the receptionist is very friendly and chatty. Parisa is wonderful.. she is always so kind and patient with me. I highly recommend anyone to go there as the care you receive is first class

We are both very nervous, however, Parisa and Julia always reassure us both and Parisa is so gentle with us and always explains what is happening to put us at ease, they treat us like family. Had a lovely job done on my teeth, they were in a mess, what was left of them. I was looked after throughout over and above a normal professional service, including a call from the dentist whilst on holiday in Turkey! Thank you too to the receptionist for her support. We have been with Pasadena for more than ten years. The staff are professional and caring. Parisa, the dentist, is very thorough and friendly, She is always keen to put you at your ease, particularly understanding specific individual needs. Julia, the receptionist, is excellent. There is always a courtesy reminder and emergencies and rearrangeents are dealt with compassion.
