They are always working extremely hard, going above and beyond filling prescriptions, helping you problem solve and advise, and all this whilst remembering your name, and greeting you personally. The pharmacy is well run and quick to fill prescriptions. The people in there couldn't be nicer and the pharmacist is brilliant at answering questions about alternative brands. They're the best on the High Street!
Have been forced to use this pharmacy due to referrals a few times and they are consistently rude, unhelpful and condescending. It seems a chore to them to have to deal with even simple prescription requests, and customer service is terrible.
Jay and the team are absolutely fantastic. Best chemist of the many I’ve ever had to use over the years. Since I moved there are a few closer to me but have kept on using Parry Jones because they’re so good.
I cannot praise enough the service provided by Jay and his team. They go above and beyond to help you. They provide a vital service to the community which is so appreciated. Thank you.
Staff are unhelpful. Rarely have what you need on your prescription and they won’t contact you to communicate this.
Absolutely amazing service, not sure the ladys name was, but the way she come and spoke to me very quietly, and kept my information private and confidential, I felt very confident and comfortable, by speaking to her.
