A much-loved open space for those who live in and around the Amman Valley, an area used by dog owners, cyclists, runners, walkers and with outstanding views of the Black Mountain, Betws Mountain and at the heart is the Amman River, a hive of wildlife for those willing to sit and wait. Parc Golwg Yr Amman is perfectly situated along the Ammanford to Brynamman River Side Walk. When you cycle or walk its length, you will be blessed with Ancient Woodlands and steep riverbanks. Enjoy
Could do with the pond being maintained. And a bit more attention to detail on the new zip slide. But otherwise a fab place for the kids to hang out and play for hours.
Lovely green space. Nice place to bring the dog or kids. Grassy areas can be pretty damp though. River can be quite fast flowing after the rain.
It's a nice park with a play area, small skate park and playing fields. The river runs through the middle and all the main paths are accessible to bikes, buggies and wheelchairs.
Park is nice. It's a very nice place for a walk. Very popular with dog walkers. The whole park is kept tidy. There is a park for kids and in summer time a sit down by the river is very nice.
A lovely morning walking along the River Amman whilst doing my stint with the volunteering litter pickers.
It's such a nice walk, pity to see so much litter. Shame that people fail to respect the environment they live in.
A beautiful place to walk. Sadly litter is not being taken home by people, please keep our places beautiful so you can enjoy it the same as others.
Excellent walk by the river, lots of friendly dogs and walkers. We'll maintained with many different ways to wander.
