Excellent technical knowledge and communication skills.
As a woman it is extremely intimidating dealing with garages..fear of being ripped off etc. Mike and the team were super kind and helpful, looked at car, didn't rip me off or 'mansplain' to me..showed me the worn/broken part and very reasonable costings. No attempt to 'push me in the right direction' like main dealership or cowboy nonsense. I would also recommend to any man (or any gender come to that) that is not au fait with cars..they were respectful and won't talk down to you..cars are a specialist area..don't hesitate to book in with them for advice.
Absolutely tick the box for "local, honest, reliable". Will definitely use them in future and recommend by word of mouth too.
