I ordered food from here today and i have recieved the wrong order and the parcel were all broken even the canned cola was broken! I tried to contact them several times and they didnt even picked the call

Never coming back here again, usually come here after the gym and have them multiple times to fix up with their slow service as I thought it was a one off. If you just want 6 wings only , sorry you’re gonna have to wait over 5 minutes for no reason. You guys might aswell go down the road and dixy chicken. One guy working there and does it way quicker.
Ordered online at 6:53pm and food came at 8:25pm. Not only was it cold and missing items. When I called to inform them they hung up. Don't waste your time ordering here food isn't even fresh all refried even the chips.
Last night 3rd December at around 10:10pm I made the order and specifically asked for the fresh burgers that just freshly came out frying. Guess what the guy made sure making no mistake and served me the same old and hard last 3 burgers which were already in the cabinet. On top he lied to me saying I gave you the fresh burgers when I confronted him. Joke joke jokers in the shop.
Poor atmosphere for staff.One of mine friend has worked there,but they are not paying him one of his wage.Very disappointed.
Everytime I order delivery never get on time always.1 hours , I asked some drivers, drivers said they care in service customer, they don’t care delivery. It’s very bad and rude . Delivery

I m your customer from last 1 year and today I orders 1 large fries and they give me cold and I ask for hot n crispy fries and then the boy gave me hot and when I ask for salt n peri peri he told me its chargeable for 50p.ssly you have a very idiot,disgusting and why you hire him he don’t know how to serve the customer.and my whole group is coming there but I m sorry you lost your 25 customer and I suggest all others to not come there.
